Firmoo Has the Glasses for You! | Review

Have you ever Heard of Firmoo? If not, you are in for a lovely treat! {read: incredible deal!}

 
It used to be that glasses are only necessities for people with vision problems. Completely not the case anymore! In this day and age, hipster glasses are deemed cool, the librarian look is rather sultry, and both guys and gals are donning them regardless of whether or not they actually need them to see. 
 
Glasses are even increasingly becoming a fad and must-have accessories for celebs, fashionistas, and especially intellectuals and bloggers. They can instantly upgrade your look. Whether modern, sexy, or even vintage. You can achieve an entire new look simply by wearing different styles of frames. Crazy. And any glasses/sunglasses frames you want can be found on Firmoo, and all are available for both prescription lenses and non-prescription lenses. 
 
I had to get glasses when I was a freshman in college, and let’s just be honest, I was a bit apprehensive at first. I mean, I was already that dorky intellectual type who sat in the front and read ahead for my courses, did I really need the added visual of pushing up my frames when they slipped down my little nose? I feared not. However I was pleasantly mistaken. Not only could I see better, my glasses posed no adverse social effects, and even were pretty cute in the wave of the hipster fad and my newly found “granola” style since embarking into the mission world. So when Firmoo got in touch with me, I was quite excited!
 
Firmoo was such an easy site to go through. All I had to do was browse through the pictures of the frame and choose the style I liked and enter my prescription. They even had a Virtual Try On System where you could upload your own picture or use one of theirs to “try on” the glasses before you buy them. I love the tortoise shell and how it will go with everything. I used one of the pictures on the site instead of uploading my own and it was pretty spot on with how they fit on my face. So when I got these glasses in the mail, I was quite excited to have a new pair that I already knew what they are going to look like on my face! 

They came in the mail in a hard case with a cloth inside as well. It also came with a floppy case and a little gadget to replace the screw should it go missing. I was pretty impressed with all the little extras that came with the actual glasses. And I was also impressed with how accurate the fit was compared to the Virtual Try On System, pretty spot on! I absolutely hate selfies, because but I totally forgot to get the husband to take one, so here are some awesome real life pictures of me in my new frames 🙂
