Hey y’all!

I’m Lauren and I blog over at Simply Southern, Simply Lauren.

I am so excited to be a part of Lauren’s Simply Free world this month! I’m sure y’all already know this but she is one of the sweetest ladies I have ever met. Yes, you read that right, I had the privilege to meet Lauren at the first ever Alabama (and one Mississippian) Blate. Such an amazing time of fellowship with some amazing ladies…

If you venture over to my little corner of the web you’ll find everything is really Simply Lauren. I’m an Alabama native and full of southern charm. I love to bake, crochet, DIY anything and sew. My aunt and I actually opened an Etsy business this past year which allows me to spend time doing something I love. I’m currently in school working on a culinary degree so I’m always trying out new recipes, which is something I love to share with all my readers.

I’m not married and I don’t have any children so you won’t be finding those kinds of post from me. However, I am a very proud dog mom to my one and a half year old pit bull Evie.

She’s a princess and rules the roost in my house. And she may just be the most beautiful dog ever but I’m not biased or anything.

I have had such a positive experience with the blogging community and I pray that it keeps on. I would love to ‘meet’ each of you! I hope you’ll all join me for DIY, recipes and any other posts my lil’ southern mind thinks of!
