Strengths & Weaknesses. I think I have prepared for this question prior to every single interview I have ever done, and it never seems to get any easier to answer. Especially the first part. While it is a much easier task to expound on all of the areas I would like to improve upon – the task of declaring my strengths is one of significantly more effort. Sometimes I feel like picture below. One strength in a sea of weaknesses.

I don’t know about you, but I feel, well AWKWARD saying what I’m gifted in. Primarily because I’m afraid other people won’t agree. I’m afraid that I will be met with rolled eyes, swift refusals, or worse…silence…
But something I am learning, in trying so desperately to build within me a confidence that comes solely from the Lord, is that I do have strengths. And it’s ok to acknowledge them. And while this is a ever continuing process to identify and truly grab onto and own my strengths, I can say my greatest strength is knowing that while I can be content in who I am and what I have, I will never be complacent. So, perhaps for one of the first times ever not related to an interview, here are some of my strengths:
