If you’re anything like me, time is a rare thing these days. Especially when it comes to cleaning. There is no such thing as waiting to clean until we have some “free time” nowadays, and one thing we hate is a dirty kitchen. So in an effort to ensure our most used space of the house is always tidy, we devised a plan then headed to Target to stock up on essentials! Here are five simple steps to keeping your kitchen clean.
Make a schedule | First things first, decide when you are going to do the dishes, clean the counters, etc. so you don’t have to guess or can’t say “I’ll do it later” (because you know you won’t). We’ve always found it best to clean as you go to avoid large pile ups like take more time. 
Have the right materials | While dishsoap is certainly a key player here, your sponge is your best weapon against dirty dishes and grimy counter tops. The NEW ocelo™ No-Scratch Scrub Sponges are my go to to keep everything clean! With the new non-printed designs, it’s easy to keep the sponges separated for their different tasks as well (counter tops, dishes, etc.) without getting confused. Have a reminder | Keeping the sponge visible near your sink is a great reminder to do the dishes every time you wash your hands.
