I absolutely cannot believe our little tiger is already 10 months old. How is this possible?? How are we already planning her first birthday party?? It’s so strange that 10 months ago, this little one was still growing away waiting to enter this world. I can’t imagine our lives without her charming little personality and infectious smile!
This past month our precious little diva had a few rather fun firsts! She saw her first “snow” and got to stay home with mommy a good bit which was so much fun! She really had no idea what to do with the icy slushy stuff but her first choice was to try and catch it in her little mouth lol. It was adorable. She got to break out her precious little puffer jacket & pom pom beanie for a few days and we pretended that winter exists in Alabama.
Measurements:
- 18 lbs (unofficial)
- 29 inches (unofficial)
- formula, oatmeal, all sorts of veggies & fruits & combinations, & chicken combos! (3 meals)
- 3-6 months, 6 months, 6-9 months – it just depends on which brand! She’s still tiny despite being 10 months old!
- size 2 diapers (but moving into size 3)
She moved up “classes” in the church nursery and is loving the freedom to romp around during that time! She has been a cuddle machine lately, especially at nap time on the weekends, and I love it. And daddy has been teaching her all the ins and outs of the kitchen which he loves. She loves bath time so much these days, she’ll crawl all the way to the tub to grab the toys and try to climb in! She is curious about everything and is always on the move. And she loves to stick her little tongue out when she’s really concentrating on something.
Loves:
- bathtime
- waving bye bye
- Saturday naptime snuggles
Her first Christmas was quite exciting! She was so curious during the wrapping process, but seemed a bit overwhelmed with the unwrapping. Unless of course she was helping you unwrap yours! She was so wonderful at all the services we attended during and seemed to really enjoy the music (especially the banjos!). We attended the Christmas Eve Eve Service (Singin’ Songs & Tellin’ Stories), the Candlelight Christmas Eve service, and Christmas day Sunday service. Not to mention on Christmas Day, presents at our house, followed by the in laws, brunch at Grandmother’s, and the large family celebration that evening. We were all wiped, but she was a little angel!
Hates:
- while she still has some pretty strong stranger danger she at least is tolerating people we love!
- wiping her nose
- the first 5 seconds of being put in her car seat (she likes to be on the move!)
