I know everyone is all into Christmas mode, but if you’re like me – you’re still on a pumpkin kick & gearing up to celebrate Thanksgiving. So, in honor of my favorite holiday this week I’m sharing some fun & festive recipes to get your ready for next week’s festivities! First up is this simple harvest ice cream bar. When pumpkin is involved, I’m naturally all about it (#basic, I know). So when one of our best friends popped out this simple treat over the weekend, I just HAD to share it with y’all.
Harvest Ice Cream Bar

Ingredients
- pumpkin ice cream
- pecans
- butter
- sea salt
- marshmallow fluff
- milk
Instructions
- Toss pecans with butter & sea salt on the stove on medium in a pan until toasted
- Mix a small portion of the marshmallow fluff & 2-3 tablespoons milk
- Microwave, removing to stir in more marshmallow fluff about every 15-30 seconds
- Continue this process until pourable consistency
- Scoop 2-3 small scoops of ice cream in a bowl
- Top ice cream with both fluff drizzle & nuts
