We love a great holiday gathering around here and nothing makes a party better than the perfect cocktail. And the best part about this one is that you can make it with or without alcohol and have a festive drink for every holiday party. So if you’re looking for a last minute addition to your holiday gatherings or new year’s festivities, this is one you should try!
This cranberry pineapple punch is light and airy and adds the perfect flare for your next gathering. This one was from our Life Group Christmas Party and it did not disappoint. We paired it with my husband’s amazing pork tenderloin, our trademark oriental slaw, and some killer smoked mac & cheese that will be making an appearance here on the blog soon so make sure to check back for that recipe too.

Ingredients
- 4 cups cranberry juice
- 4 cups pineapple juice
- 2 cups silver rum
- 2 cups coconut rum
- 2 litre ginger ale
- 1 cup lime juice
- 3 limes circular slices
- 2 cups cranberries frozen
Instructions
- Combine all liquids except for the ginger ale into a large pitcher or punch bowl.
- Top off each glass with ginger ale if serving by the glass or top off the bowl/pitcher with it.
- Add in lime slices and frozen cranberries to bowl/pitcher.
- Garnish each glass with a lime slice (the berries will easily be poured in the drink as well.
- TIP: we used two pitchers and kept one in the fridge to keep it cold and refilled the original as it got low & this worked perfectly. You could also mix it in a large punch bowl if it’s a larger gathering with a more come and go feel.
