Our downstairs is more of a basement with the split level style, so we have a bit of a suite for guests down there tucked away from the main living space. There’s a full bath downstairs, along with the office and the playroom. As with our upstairs guest room, the decor is centered around our travel experiences, and the focal point is certainly the large world map I’ve had since I was in college. We also have another one of the beautiful old desks as well. I’ve linked everything I can and similar items at the end of this post!
I took the above pictures before Glenn redid the floors so I wanted to show both ways we arranged the room because they look totally different! Here’s the update version below:
