These mini cheese balls are SO easy to make and perfect for your next gathering. The best part is that you can use whatever festive (or completely basic!) toothpicks you’d like – personally these ones are all the reason I need to make these again. Now you could certainly make these fully from scratch, but the extra fun thing about this particular recipe is that you can buy everything premade and put it together in less than 15 minutes – perfect for an impromptu gathering and zero cooking is required.

Ingredients

12 oz premade spreadable cheese balls Kaukauna brand is a good one – two 6 oz balls work well.
3 oz premade bag of bacon bits
.5 oz fresh chives finely chopped

Method

roll cheese spread into 1 oz balls
roll each ball in bacon bits
then roll each ball in the chives
use toothpicks to serve
