Puppy Chow
Ingredients
- 9 cups crispy rice cereal squares we used a mix of Corn & Rice Chex
- 1 1/2-2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1/2 cup peanut butter or almond butter
- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, melt the chocolate slowly over low heat, stirring
- Add peanut butter and mix together until smooth
- Pour Chex into large bowl
- Remove sauce from heat and pour over cereal
- Stir until coated (a large spatula works well for this)
- Pour the coated cereal into a large plastic bag, pour powdered sugar over the mixture, and shake until well coated.
- Open the bag, and munch away!
- Store leftovers (if there are any!) in airtight container (like the bag you used, unless you want to use something a bit more fancy).
