Ingredients
  

  • 9 cups crispy rice cereal squares we used a mix of Corn & Rice Chex
  • 1 1/2-2 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. In a small saucepan, melt the chocolate slowly over low heat, stirring
  2. Add peanut butter and mix together until smooth
  3. Pour Chex into large bowl
  4. Remove sauce from heat and pour over cereal 
  5. Stir until coated (a large spatula works well for this)
  6. Pour the coated cereal into a large plastic bag, pour powdered sugar over the mixture, and shake until well coated. 
  7. Open the bag, and munch away!
  8. Store leftovers (if there are any!) in airtight container (like the bag you used, unless you want to use something a bit more fancy).
