Football season calls for all the dips – but you can’t forget simple grab and go snacks too! These Cheddar Bacon Pull Apart Muffins are perfect to bring along to an at home tailgate this season, or for breakfast all year round!
Cheddar Bacon Pull Apart Muffins
Ingredients
- 1 16oz can biscuit dough
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 strips cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 lb sausage
- 1/4 cup chopped chives
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350° F.
- Line muffin tin with removable liners or spray with non-stick spray.
- Chop the biscuits into 1-inch pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine biscuit dough, cheddar, bacon, chives, and butter.
- Toss together so that the biscuits are evenly coated with the fixings.
- Divide the biscuit mixture evenly into 8 portions and place in a muffin tin.
- Bake for 20 minutes, until golden brown and puffed. Serve!
