Why Retreating Matters | Rally

retreat rally

You may remember a recent post I did on the Christian Community for Female Business Owners that I am a member of. One of the most impactful parts of Rally is the retreat that happens each year. The ability to meet in person. Worship together. Learn together. And just do life alongside one another in real life.

Within Rally, there is also a smaller subset of women in Varsity. Varsity exists to strengthen how you think, how you lead, and how you carry what you’re building. An opportunity to focus on both soul and skill. To drive down and dig deeper with a smaller subset of women who already know your story. Expert coaching on a deeper level. And a retreat focused on high level leadership. Culminating with a smaller retreat together as well.

Going on a retreat means temporarily withdrawing from daily routines, work, and responsibilities to a quiet, often secluded place for reflection, rest, rejuvenation, or specialized study. It is a deliberate, intentional break aimed at mental, spiritual, or physical renewal rather than just a vacation. And the impact it has on both personal and professional endeavors is absolutely life changing!

Rally Retreat | February 2026

The beauty of this year’s full retreat was that it was at the same place as last year. It was so beautiful to see how life has changed in the past year. To come back to the same place, with several of the same people, and reflect on everything from the last year.

Curious about how you can join Rally too? Ask me any question, or check out this page for the breakdown with all the information you might need. And follow along with Rally on Instagram for all the fun!
