Carnival Valor Cruise | Food & Drinks

carnival valor food and drinks

We’ve been to all inclusive resorts before, so the ideal of an all inclusive on a boat was a fun prospect as well. There were plenty of options included, and lots of upgrades as well. The only drinks included were juices, tea and lemonade; so getting the bottomless packages may be a good idea if you like diversity or want some bubbles.

Restaurants & Bars

BlueIguana Cantina & Guy’s Burger Joint were our go to’s for lunch as they were on the Lido deck right by the pool/waterslides. We ate breakfast at the Seaday Brunch with the exception of one morning we had a more formal breakfast in the dining room. And naturally, the soft serve ice cream and frozen yogurt options at Swirls was a daily treat! We had dinner each night in the Dining Room at our set table (we had a booth just to us which was nice but there were also lots of larger group tables in the main dining rooms.) We didn’t even make it to these options during our time, but there was also the Lido Marketplace, Pizza Pirate, Mongolian Wok, and The Carnival Deli! Talk about options!

While the above were all included, there was also a Steakhouse, The Chef’s Table & Sushi at Sea that were options at an additional cost. There was also the Coffee Bar which we did venture to one morning for a fun premium latte and milkshake, but otherwise we stayed at the other options.

The bars were all price per drink, but there was a Bottomless Bubbles package, and a Cheers! Zero Proof package for all you can drink options throughout the trip. We opted to drink the free lemonade, tea and water, along with the Fresca’s, drink packets, & Champagne we brought on board some. Of course we also got a few piña coladas and virgin strawberry daiquiris by the pool too at the BlueIguana Tequila Bar and the RedFrog Rum Bar.
