Method
- at least 12 hours ahead of time, infuse the bourbon by adding cinnamon sticks to the bourbon in a jar
- combine infused bourbon and apple juice in a pitcher
- stir in maple syrup (to taste)
- top with sparkling water & combine
- fill pitcher with apple slices and thyme sprig
- remove cinnamon sticks from infused bourbon to use as garnish
- serve over ice & garnish with apple slice, thyme sprig, and cinnamon stick
