Spicy Bacon Deviled Eggs

Ingredients
  

  • 12 hard boiled eggs 2 Great Day Farms 6 packs
  • 4 tbsps mayo use light mayo
  • 3 tsps spicy mustard can use yellow mustard to cut spice
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp relish or wickled relish for extra spice
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 3-4 tbsp chives chopped
  • 6 pieces bacon cooked, crumbled

Method
 

  1. Slice eggs in half & remove yolks to a bowl.
  2. Mash together the yolks, mayo, mustard, lemon juice, relish, and paprika.
  3. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture. 
  4. Sprinkle tops with chopped chives and bacon.
