Texas Trash Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cans refried beans 16 oz each
  • 1 package taco seasoning mix
  • 4 cups shredded cheese Mexican blend
  • 1 package cherry tomatoes sliced
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 1 bunch cilantro *diced, optional (topping)
  • 1 cup black olives *sliced, optional (topping)

Instructions
 

  • preheat oven to 350
  • microwave cream cheese and sour cream to soften - 1 minute- 1 minute 30 seconds
  • mix with a wire whisk until smooth
  • add refried beans and taco seasoning; mix well
  • add 2 cups of the shredded cheese; mix well
  • prep 13x9 (or similar) baking dish with no stick cooking spray
  • spread mixture into dish
  • cover mixture with remaining 2 cups of shredded cheese
  • bake for 20-25 minutes (or until cheese is melted)
  • serve with tortilla chips
