Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 12 oz can creamed corn
  • 1 12 oz can whole corn (drained) or fresh
  • 2 tsp flour
  • 2 eggs slightly beaten
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp sugar

Method
 

  1. Put the milk, flour, salt, pepper, and sugar in a shaker to mix
  2. Mix the corn, butter, and egg mixture
  3. Combine the two mixtures
  4. Roast on high for 9 minutes (in the microwave)
  5. Stir, rotate halfway
  6. Roast another 8 minutes
  7. Cover & let sit for 10 minutes
