If you’re like us, you’re tired of all the junk that’s being put into food these days. And don’t get me started on kids school lunches. We started making lunches again this past year and that continues for summer camps. These are the easiest to use sandwich cutters to make homemade uncrustables! If you’ve got to make kids packed lunch prep a part of your schedule – this is the way to do it! One loaf of store bought bread makes about 10 sandwiches. We used all store bought products, but you can go a step further and make each ingredient for these uncrustables at homes as well. (Next on the list is to make our own bread. We’ve done our own jam/jellies in the past and homemade peanut butter and almond butter.)

Once you cut out the sandwiches, just pop onto a lined baking sheet and freeze. Once they are in for about an hour you can easily transfer to sandwhich bags and put in a countainer for easy access in the mornings. They are thawed by lunch! We also love making mini charcuterie boxes (aka homemade lunchables). These slicers are the best ones! I then use the leftovers to make a “trash salad” – more on that later! Both options are easy to pop into our favorite bento lunch box! I also go ahead and prep fruits and chips into snack sized bags for easy grab and toss into lunch boxes.
